Really liked the communication regarding product stock and how quickly everything arrives. The prices of international products also seem to be a bit cheaper on here too.
The colours are beautifully pigmented and nice and smooth to use. I love all of the other stuff it came with, especially the brushes and the palette. The bag is adorable as hell!! I’m yet to master gouache but so far the himi is my favourite to use. It arrived quickly and secure.
I got the charcoal pencils and oh my lord it’s amazing. Easy to sharpen and don’t snap easily, but they still feel super smooth and soft. I am a beginner in art but my partner is basically a pro, and they said these are one of the best charcoal pencil they have ever used. 100/10 would buy again. Also they arrived very quickly!
