I am not satisfied with the amount of money and freight charges and the quality of products delivered. I trusted the claims on website and bought 2 kits and extra block of soap. Following are my reasons, precisely described for my disappointment:
1. The essential oils bottles had leaked=> packaging is questionable, compared to freight charged.
2. Items do not appear as quality as with item described as on the website and squashed in packaging, .
3. No clear instructions are given for the proportions/method of how to use the products.
4. I contacted the customer care immediately after I opened only the parcel bag with pictures of the original packaging intact, on the email id provided on the website. I have received no response from them= I felt like this is what U have got. Now deal with it=cheated for the amount of money I paid. ( items received on 15/10/2026 - query sent on same Day)
SO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE. BUY THE PRODUCTS ON YOUR OWN RISK.
Whilst 5 purchases were wrapped/ parcelled together one was damaged and leaked during post. Makro notified, twice, and nil response. Will NOT repurchase
Not sure of the origins, given the Chinese printed on the cover, and the listing saying "Italy", but the paper seems to be good quality. It took multiple washes quite well and was smooth enough for fineliner over top, so it's not too rough for multimedia. Every bit as good as Baohong for sure, so I'm glad I've found a reliable and affordable source in Australia.
The colours are stunning. I've only swatched them, but look forward to adding touches of them to paintings. I also love the size of the pack and its better seal.
Adorable and quite useable.
